
As the holder of the vision, the entrepreneur, owner or director of your company, you need a leader. Most of you are on the road leading to an “example” for others to follow your quest to remain profitable and keep employees. Albert Schweitzer as follows: “Example is not the main thing in influencing others, it is the only one.”
The effect is more important than your position because it brings harmony into your life, your beliefs, actions, beliefs and behavior. You develop moral authority to maintain the effect. If the moral authority to then be fixed your example:

Sophisticated vision and business changes in the daily needs of the market, government regulation, competition and other factors that affect your goal to meet. Trust: The highest form of human motivation. It brings out the best in people. Trust is active, not passive. Trusts not only trust, but trust in the action. If you trust people, it is because you believe they are the features that enable you to trust them running.
Fairness: Each of us wants to do well, wants to be honest, and want more than we do.We respond to people who called us to be the best.
Integrity: What is the value we place on ourselves. It is our ability to create and maintain a commitment to ourselves. ”We started walking our talk.” Every person has a desire for trust, honesty and integrity. The root of the word integrity is wholeness. Whole as a human being, we must ensure that we are givers and not takers. We must be sure that when we do something, we do not do it for our own benefit. A win-win environment must be created by our actions. We are always looking for ways to stretch ourselves to meet the same standards of our own and others to find. Generate trust and personal integrity are the basis of various types of deposits. One of the most important ways to manifest integrity is loyalty to those who do not attend.
Integrity employees in your organization can implement individual leadership during a very critical to the success of the company.
